no you're right, I assumed the prepare() and take() were both under
synchronized...
anyway, with the current code in that case the worst thing that may happen is
that you've two snapshot operations running and my guess is that one of the two
will fail since they both poke with the zk procedure nodes that it will be in
an unexpected state... result is a snapshot failure on both... which is fine...
