Enis, thanks for filing this.
As we discussed in the meeting last Friday, 6774 is a potential use case of
this approach, where part of the RegionServer Load (sequenceId, list of region
names, their associated dirty bit (as mentioned in 6774 approach), etc) can be
added to the end of a WAL.
I would definitely like to work on this and 6774.
