I'd also like to propose moving {{OrderedBytes}} into hbase-common module. I
think this functionality will be necessary for implementing Coprocessors,
Filters and atomic server-side data manipulations to take advantage of the
encoding scheme. My proposal maintins the Data Type definitions remain in
hbase-client.
