[~sushanth] [~hsubramaniyan]: should this be put in 1.2.1 as well? There are
some unit test failures this might fix
(TestBeelineArgParsing#testAddLocalJarWithoutAddDriverClazz,
testAddLocalJarWithoutAddDriverClazz, testAddLocalJar, testAddLocalJar).
