I think in master, we should remove the JsonSerDe from hcatalog and use the one
from serde2 package. In branch-3 we can mark the JsonSerDe in hcatalog as
deprecated. Also TestJsonSerDe has to be moved to serde2 package. I left a TODO
in there but forgot to do it in a follow up. I can take care of move
TestJsonSerDe to serde2 if you like (in a separate ticket).
