Since we support {{IF EXISTS}} syntax for drop partitions and drop table,
{{hive.exec.drop.ignorenonexistent}} configuration seems not very useful to me.
If {{IF EXISTS}} is specified, then drop table/partition/view will succeed if
they don't exist; if not, then "Not found" message will get displayed. Maybe we
should remove this configuration?
