[~alangates] Can you review and commit the change? This change moves a bunch of
files from metastore server to metastore common and removes pom dependency on
metastore server (and adds a test dependency whenever needed).
This completes the first phase of separating metastore client. The remaining
part is moving client-specific code in its own submodule (if we decide to do
it).
