Right, we can put the orc-llap as a module in ORC or leave it in Hive, either
way.
Having the ability to override the RecordReader or TreeReader implementation
will enable quite a few other kinds of applications including the ability to do
custom encoders/decoders.
By separating out the LLAP implementation the core implementation of ORC stays
clean.
