Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
Addressed some of the test failures with code changes because some of the
create table from the qtests are converted to external tables and a describe on
those tables is expected to show the differences.
Second category of failures are because of failure to create ACID tables
without possessing the capabilities. This version of the patch attached default
capabilities to Hive code that will permit the creation of such tables.
