Changes made in v4:
1) Separated the returned list for ExtendedTableInfo into RequiredRead and
RequiredWrite Properties for ExtendedTableInfo to match that on the Table.
2) Added a check to only do CreateTable translation when not in test mode. This
will avoid test failures.
