Good point about it being used only in tests and not being redistributed. Not
sure what the implications of that are. Legal jira should help in finding the
answer to that. If we go down that path, we also need to figure out if this
can be omitted from the license file -
http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#required-third-party-notices .
We should also be careful to not inadvertently include something in tests in
the actual distro or requiring it at runtime. If Apache Directory is a suitable
replacement, using that seems less risky.
