In the pom file, I had scoped its usage for tests only. So the distro shouldnt
include it but I havent checked to confirm it. But the tasks in chronological
order are
1) Given that this is a legal issue, it should be reverted immediately until it
is sorted out. I have created HIVE-12095 to track this change. I just attached
a patch for it too.
2) I will create a legal jira to see if such usage is legal.
3) If not, I will find an alternate.
