[~okumin] , Thanks for the reminder. There is one remaining task, introducing
the MetaStoreClient factory, but I have checked and found that it somewhat
conflicts with the existing patch for HIVE-12679. So, I think we no longer need
this ticket.
By the way, do you have any plans to reopen the
[PR|https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/4444] for HIVE-12679? I think we are
now ready to resume the discussion about it.
