Some geospatial functions are easy to implement based on other Apache projects
like Apache Trino or Apache Sedona.
Hive currently uses com.esri.core.geometry as geometry library, which is also
used by Trino.
Both Trino and Sedona use org.locationtech.jts - adding jts as dependency to
Hive would allow migrating many functions with the exact same semantics.
