I think my question may have been misunderstood. Asking whether a bug is expected to be fixed in a future release is a normal question from users who are evaluating software for production use. It was not intended as pressure or an entitlement to free work. I saw that a pull request already exists for this issue, so naturally I wanted to understand whether it is expected to be merged and released soon, or whether we should plan around the current limitation. I appreciate the effort of all contributors and maintainers. At the same time, having visibility into the status of known issues is important for organizations considering adoption of the platform. We benchmarked and evaluated many open-source platforms before selecting Apache Hop. During that process, we engaged with numerous open-source communities, and this is the first time we've received a response of this nature to a straightforward question about a known issue.
