We have the [Language Model Chat transform](https://hop.apache.org//manual/latest/pipeline/transforms/languagemodelchat.html) and #8330 was added earlier today. There have been conversations ([#4732](https://github.com/apache/hop/discussions/4732)), but no real recent activity. This is definitely an interesting area, but the answer to your question "would this be something the community would consider adding to Apache Hop" is first and foremost that the Apache Hop development team is limited, as is our available bandwidth.
