Rebased onto main now that #8802 is in (it moved `SparkLakeTableSupport`'s neighbours into the lakehouse plugin). The conflict was the one I'd rehearsed; no change to the fix itself. I also corrected the `ICEBERG_PATH_CATALOG_NAME` Javadoc, which still showed the old `hop_iceberg.\`file:///…\`` form.
