   ### Apache Hop version?

   SNAPSHOT-20261010

   ### Java version?

   21

   ### Operating system

   Linux

   ### What happened?

   `./mvnw -T4 -Pfast-build clean install` on current main fails while
packaging plugin assemblies:

   ```
   [ERROR] Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-assembly-plugin:3.8.0:single (assembly_package)
on project hop-databases-mysql: Error reading assemblies: Error reading
descriptor: assembly.xml: Duplicated tag: 'fileSets' (position: START_TAG seen
...</fileSets>\n\n\n    <fileSets>... @42:15) -> [Help 1]
   ```

   Six assembly descriptors contain two sibling `<fileSets>` elements. The
assembly schema allows that element once. Both blocks copy `src/main/samples`
to `config/projects/samples/`.

   This came from merging #8786 (transform samples) and #8790 (action samples).
Each pull request inserted the same `<fileSets>` block at a different place in
the descriptor, and the merge kept both.

   Affected files:

   - plugins/databases/mssqlnative/src/assembly/assembly.xml
   - plugins/databases/mysql/src/assembly/assembly.xml
   - plugins/databases/snowflake/src/assembly/assembly.xml
   - plugins/misc/testing/src/assembly/assembly.xml
   - plugins/tech/cassandra/src/assembly/assembly.xml
   - plugins/tech/sftp/src/assembly/assembly.xml

   With `-T4`, MySQL is often the module that reports first. A single-threaded
build fails on `hop-databases-mssqlnative` first, then the others.
`-Pfast-build` still runs the assembly goal.

   Reproduced on this Linux machine and on a laptop after pulling upstream main.
