Fixes #7948 The two screenshots on Getting Started > Hop Gui overview were from 2024 and still showed the project and environment controls in the main toolbar. The text already said they are at the bottom left, so the page and its images contradicted each other. - Replaced both screenshots with the current Hop Gui (2.19.0, `samples` project): the plain window, and the same window with its five parts numbered. - Rewrote "The main window" as a numbered list that matches the numbers in the screenshot: main toolbar, perspectives toolbar (and the two buttons at its bottom), the active perspective with its toolbar, the open file with its tab and editor toolbar, and the status bar. - Corrected the main toolbar description: run and preview are in the editor toolbar, not the main toolbar; the main toolbar now also opens the Hop menu and the Marketplace. - The status bar description now mentions the git branch shown when the project is in a git repository. - [x] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass.
