Fixes #8995 This bumps UCanAccess from 5.1.5 to 5.2.0 and updates the LICENSE entries. UCanAccess is now the only dependency the plugin declares. Jackcess and HSQLDB come in transitively and still land in lib/jdbc via hop.jdbc.driverN, so Jackcess follows UCanAccess (now 5.2.0) and HSQLDB stays at 2.7.4 through hop-libs-jdbc. Next time only the UCanAccess version needs a bump. What I checked: I built the plugin with `mvn -pl plugins/databases/access -am install`, the module tests pass and apache-rat:check is clean. I didn't run a full `mvn clean install` of the whole project. The plugin zip contains jackcess-5.2.0, hsqldb-2.7.4 and ucanaccess-5.2.0 in lib/jdbc, and with just those jars on the classpath I could create an .accdb file, insert a row and read it back. Disclosure: I am one of the original UCanAccess developers and continue to maintain it. - [x] I hereby declare this contribution to be licensed under the [Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004](http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
