Fixes #2651 - Tools logging (logging/logging-basics.adoc): an example that redirects the output of a command line tool to a file named after the date and time, from the issue, plus the Windows variant, and hop-run's --logfile. - A link to the developer manual's "SLF4J and the Log4j2 binding" section, which explains how to bring your own Log4j2 configuration.
