Fixes #9008 - variables.adoc, System properties: the JSON example used a "systemProperties" key that hop-config.json doesn't have; system variables are stored as a "variables" list of name/value/description. `hop-conf.sh -s` doesn't exist: the options are --set-variable and --describe-variable. The section now tells Java system properties (-D in HOP_OPTIONS, hop-run -s) apart from Hop's system variables, which Hop also sets as system properties when it starts unless -D already set them. - vfs/azure-blob-storage-vfs.adoc: -azi / --azure-block-increment and the file block size were removed in 2024; -aze (Azurite emulator) was missing; the JSON example no longer has blockIncrement; the options are in the configuration perspective, not Tools / Options. - pipeline/transforms/setvariable.adoc: the default value is only used when no row arrives (an empty field sets an empty value), and with more than one row the transform fails with "Only 1 input row was expected to set the variables and at least 2 were received". - [x] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass.
