`S3FileNameParserIT` has never run: the aws plugin has no failsafe execution and surefire skips `*IT` classes. Its only case parses an `s3:///` URI and needs no S3, so this moves it into `S3FileNameParserTest` and deletes the IT class; it passes, and fails if `S3FileName` stops producing the canonical `s3:///` URI. ------------------------ - [ ] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass.
