LGTM. Confirmed the aws plugin has no failsafe execution, so the IT never ran. Built the PR and ran `S3FileNameParserTest` (2/2 pass); the new case fails as expected when `S3FileName` stops producing the `s3:///` URI. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
