The Group Key tab has a Get Fields button. It adds incoming fields that are not already listed on the Fields tab or the Group Key tab, and it leaves existing key rows and their element names in place. See `JsonEOutputDialog.getKeyFieldsFromPrevious` and `suggestKeyFieldNames`. The Group Key section of `enhancedjsonoutput.adoc` describes the button.
