Thanks @bamaer, good catch. Fixed in 5ed2e4a: `parseSpeed` now parses with `DecimalFormat(SPEED_PATTERN)` before the comma fallback, and treats U+00A0/U+202F as the grouping separator so fr-FR works too. The new test formats 12,345 through `DecimalFormat` and checks the 49,380 total under en-US, nl-BE, de-DE and fr-FR. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
