I am going to fix HBaseSpanReceiver to use new API. htrace-hbase already does
not support hbase-0.98 as span sink. It is confusing to support hbase-0.98
which depends on htrace-core-3.0.4 in {{org.htrace}} package as span sink, even
if it is possible.
