Hmm. We shouldn't have to set up stubs for this, right? We can just pull in
htrace 3.1.0 directly as a dependency if necessary. It doesn't conflict with
anything in htrace 4.x. The challenging part might be getting maven to pull in
two different versions of the same dependency...
