I made a tag, 4.2.0RC0, and pushed it. I then did deploy to
repository.apache.org with following command:
{code}
$ ~/bin/mvn325/bin/mvn clean deploy -Pdist
{code}
Updated the doc on how to do an RC. The doc mentions profiles that don't
actually exist: 'src' and 'sign'.
The mvn325 in the above is an instance of maven 3.2.5 which seems to not suffer
the issue described in HTRACE-234
