Pushed removal of accidental pom edit, HTRACE-384, retagged as 4.2.0RC0 and
then pushed anew to maven @ repository.apache.org. Here is our staging URL:

Next up is 'Generate the source tarball via:' from
http://htrace.incubator.apache.org/building.html. You want to go from here
