⚠️ Removing `roleElectionStateMachine()` from the public `HugeGraph`
interface and deleting its return type breaks source and binary compatibility
for Java consumers that use it. Please add a release migration note identifying
this API break, or retain a deprecated compatibility bridge through the
declared removal version.
