## Purpose of the PR Align the standard RocksDB and JRaft runtime. Older JRaft calls APIs removed by RocksDB 8.x, preventing Raft storage initialization in PD/Store and in Server with `raft.mode=true`. CI resolves actual POM versions and runs only changed, deduplicated RocksDB pairs; unresolved versions fail explicitly. - Preserve Markdown paragraphs and disable inherited IDE typing-wrap for Markdown. ## Verifying these changes Locally reproduced Server's old JRaft/RocksDB ABI failure. The updated package passed real single-node Server Raft writes, snapshot creation and independent-JVM restarts, alongside a clean compile, focused Server/Store tests and distribution dependency checks. JRaft-only changes correctly skip the unchanged RocksDB compatibility pairs. Three independent read-only reviews found no actionable issues. Still required before merge: real old PD/Store service-data upgrade/restart, live Store metric checks and current-head CI.
