Java plugin documentation still describes the 1.7.0 API and does not explain the shared-foundation migration's recompilation and coordinated-upgrade requirements. Add aligned English and Chinese migration guides for the planned 1.8.0 changes, linked from plugin and contributor guidance. The guides explain canonical struct/common ownership, Java/SPI mappings, matching Server/PD/Store upgrades, `pd.cluster`, and the limits of legacy indexes and HStore OLAP rows. They keep downstream publication pending and do not announce a release. Dependency-inventory instructions now prepare the same revision's packaged libraries before collecting runtime and nested jars. Paired with [apache/hugegraph#3270](https://github.com/apache/hugegraph/pull/3270). Keep both PRs in draft while implementation CI and review remain pending, and coordinate both merges before upstream publication.
