## Purpose of the PR Prepare HugeGraph to build and report version 1.8.0 while preserving the Java 17 baseline, Commons/RPC Java 11 bytecode and independent REST protocol versions. Existing published image tags, download links and README version examples remain usable. TODOs mark their update after release; this PR does not publish artifacts or images. ## Main Changes - Align Maven revision, filtered resources and VersionInBash; inherit the Commons revision and flatten parent POMs for source-tree-independent consumption. - Keep the legacy Toolchain Client for cluster tests, but use this reactor's Commons. Remove two obsolete transitive JAR entries from the dependency inventory and release LICENSE. - Set Helm chart metadata to 0.1.1 / appVersion 1.8.0 while retaining latest image defaults. Refresh metadata snapshots and add explicit label assertions using the existing test plugin. - Check exact product, Gremlin and independent API protocol versions in existing smoke checks. No third-party libraries or runtime prerequisites are added. ## Verifying these changes Validated first in [Org PR #275](https://github.com/hugegraph/hugegraph/pull/275), then submitted here from the same branch and commits. - [x] Org main CI passed: Server, Commons/RPC, PD/Store/HStore, Cluster, Docker, Helm and dependency checks. - [x] Memory CI, CodeQL, macOS ARM and HBase checks passed. - [x] An isolated Maven repository supplies common, rpc, core, Struct and PD/Store clients to a consumer with no source-tree mount or revision override; resolution, compilation and runtime version assertions pass. - [x] Filtered resources, JAR metadata and Java 11/17 bytecode boundaries were checked. - [ ] Org macOS Intel API and RISC-V checks are still running; their results are not claimed as passing. TinkerPop suite selection and the existing temporary skip conditions are preserved.
