candidate repository without overriding `hugegraph.version` or
`sdk.validation.mode`; these new defaults select 1.8.0 release validation,
which rejects the candidate manifest
(.github/scripts/verify_candidate_image_sdk.py:200-201). Please update both
commands with `-Dhugegraph.version=1.7.0 -Dsdk.validation.mode=candidate` or
use the release repository flow. Evidence: exact-head Loader/Hubble README
