Computer parses CSV input with a schema read from JSON, but Loader 1.8 removed its offline context constructor. Add `LoadContext.forOffline(options, schemaCache)` so file parsing can reuse the current Loader without creating server clients. Offline close releases failure loggers without writing Loader progress; the online constructor and close behavior stay unchanged. Validation: Java 17 client/loader reactor build and all 8 `LoadContextTest` cases passed, including offline construction with no host and no progress file after close. Checkstyle passed. SDK 1.8 dependencies used for this run were built from local source; this is source prevalidation, not verification of published Maven artifacts.
