Round 8 in 3932be60b (rebased onto master again for the `.java-version` the rocksdb-compatibility job needs, hence the force push): the HBase probe covers every store of the graph (schema with counters, graph, system), every HBase graph is probed as its own scope with the full connection settings in the key, graphs that failed to load at startup make the Server not ready, and the endpoint and its options are documented in the README and in `rest-server.properties`. Unit tests green (`StorageReadinessTest` 14, `HbaseReadinessTest`, `HstoreStorageProbeTest` 18). The PR body is updated.
