Graph reload could lose graphs loaded at startup, leave reopened graphs without their startup or Gremlin bindings, and allow a locally configured graph to be deleted only to reappear after restart. Align the Chinese and English API, configuration, FAQ and quickstart pages with the paired repair in [ASF Server #3308](https://github.com/apache/hugegraph/pull/3308). Explain how local sources and PD metadata are restored, how DEFAULT local graphs are protected while their configuration exists, and how failures preserve registrations for explicit retry. Authentication and registered cache RPC services reject unsafe reload before any graph closes; safe distributed RPC rebinding remains a Linux repair and validation follow-up. Validation: unchanged link checks and strict cached site build passed; the changed Chinese and English pages were inspected. Independent documentation review passed.
