Review Comment:
The updated dependent stack requests cooperative pause for all accepted
imports before executor destruction and waits for native Loader cleanup plus
the exact final callbacks. The managed pool waits for queued work instead of
dropping it, and its datasource remains available while scheduled metadata work
drains. The existing pool and queue sizing is unchanged.
The real Spring 6.2.19 controls include eight active tasks and a queued
ninth task, with separate native Loader/H2 cleanup controls. Java 17 clean
unit/compile/style checks and three final source reviews pass. However, the
packaged stop-hubble.sh default 30-second SIGTERM scenario with active and
queued imports is still an open acceptance gate. This PR remains a draft and I
am deliberately leaving this thread unresolved until that actual packaged
scenario is verified. The current complete #815/Server #3331 pair also still
needs its real-Server/UI acceptance.
