Review Comment:
The updated complete dependency stack now passes the actual packaged
shutdown gate with the paired Server. One existing legacy job starts nine CSV
mappings; the observer verifies eight active imports and one queued task, with
successful batches reaching the real Server. The original stop-hubble.sh runs
without a timeout override and exits naturally in about 4.1 seconds within its
default 30 seconds, without SIGKILL.

Independent read-only H2 checks after exit find all nine tasks PAUSED.
Native-resource observations before datasource destruction show closed Loader
contexts, terminated native executors, zero HTTP connections and no cleanup
failure; independent Server reads verify the expected rows and final NONE mode.
Chrome separately completes three independent single-CSV jobs with direct
Server readback. This does not claim same-job multi-file UI submission or
observed UI overlap.

The source publishes the verified #814/#815/#818 dependency stack; the
executor still drains after cooperative pause/native cleanup/final callbacks,
and the datasource remains available through that drain. This closes the
previously retained runtime acceptance condition.
