Review Comment:
The hook now requires index.status().ok(), which accepts CREATED only, and
reports the actual status for every rejected associated index. It still reads
by ID and keeps the existing per-Pod sweep and retry deadline. The real Groovy
fixture covers every non-CREATED status for vertex and edge indexes; shell
fixtures cover stale CREATING and REBUILDING responses. README and operations
guidance now say to run helm test after index jobs finish. Template, package,
Kubernetes 1.23 schema, Groovy and shell checks, formatting and compilation
pass; live stale-cache acceptance remains separate.
