## Before ➡️ After **Before:** Vermeer and Computer appear as generic OLAP, with misleading documentation and implicit fallback to Computer. **After:** Present Vermeer as the default engine and Computer as explicit compatibility opt-in. Reset opt-in on every graph/engine change, isolate late responses and use engine-specific task labels and documentation. ## Why Make engine choice intentional without exposing unsupported algorithms or allowing another graph’s capability response to change the selection. ## Validation boundary The author reports focused tests and controlled browser checks. Live computation, production authentication/persistence and deployment switching remain unverified. No complete current-head CI result is claimed.
