## Before ➡️ After **Before:** Peer GraphManager instances can retain old graph-space quotas because they miss ADD and UPDATE metadata notifications. **After:** Subscribe to both events and reread current metadata through the guarded reader, preserving service caches and avoiding notification-triggered writes. ## Why Refresh from authoritative state so delayed or duplicate notifications do not restore stale quotas. ## Validation boundary Author-reported regressions cover in-process replicas, not production multi-Server routing. Delivery is asynchronous; all Server replicas need upgrading. Missed-event reconciliation and broader schema synchronization are outside scope.
