## Before → After **Before:** Package, Helm and deployment metadata target different versions, while overlapping workflows repeat unrelated checks. **After:** Centralize the 1.8.0 target/toolchain; synchronize package/chart metadata and runtime version reporting; consolidate path-selected Client, LLM and MCP checks around uv, Ruff and ty. Refresh deployment examples and the README badge without relaxing MCP capability or write gates. ## Validation boundaries The author reports local package/integration checks and passing org CI; these are not independent review or ASF CI results. Application ty remains advisory. Version alignment does not publish packages/images. Migrating required checks to CI Result is a separate repository-policy action, not part of this PR.
