Important: easy mode now exposes SeaTunnel REST job submission and the
Vermeer management API on every node with an allow-all `NetworkPolicy` port,
yet `seatunnel-auth-secret.yaml` and `hugegraph.vermeer.adminSecretValue` still
generate 6-character passwords (about 36 bits, no lockout). Generate the
16-character password whenever the effective `service.type` is `NodePort`.
