Important: `/-/lifecycle` exists only in the unmerged apache/hugegraph#3441,
so this page documents an endpoint that neither master nor any release serves,
and "proposed" and "builds containing the lifecycle change" (`拟新增的` in the CN
page) give readers no way to identify a build that has it. Merge after
apache/hugegraph#3441 lands and state availability the way this page does
elsewhere ("On master" or the first release) in both the EN and CN pages.
