Critical: a git checkout of `gradio` has no built `templates/frontend`, so
`GET /` raises `Did you install Gradio from source files? You need to build the
frontend` and `test_gradio_homepage_and_file_upload_schema` fails in the `llm`
job; the `rag-bin` image bundles the same broken package. Install `gradio` from
a PyPI release (or a prebuilt wheel) and update `uv.lock` and
`test_gradio_pillow13_source_is_locked` to match.
