I see the latest commit title now, `Port over all the tests from TestRemoveSnapshots`. Could you please leave some guidance comments in TestExpireSnapshotsAction so that reviewers can compare with the origin code of TestRemoveSnapshots or even skip reviewing some methods if the content is identical?
