The user can choose to set `warehouse` property or load `hive-site.xml`
when creating the iceberg catalog. If use the former, the warehouse path may
be different with the hive metastore, that means it will create files under the
user specified directory.
If use the `hive-site.xml`, then it should be the same configuration as the
metastore.
