I'll go ahead and merge this, thanks @nssalian and @okumin @laskoviymishka for reviewing! I do think it would be good to follow up with client side checks; this helps limit the scope of the RCK tests and avoids the whole issue of "What kind of failure message" Does a server return especially when the particular message isn't something that is defined in the spec and as a result we shouldn't really assert on it in the RCK tests -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
